Okay, after a break for the fair....I had to crack open the book and do some new recipes! Woot Woot! The first one came from the The Bread Baker's Apprentice, Italian Bread. Yummy, chewy, crusty goodness! 
The next one is from the Baking Sheet: Rustic Cheese and Rosemary bread. Total heaven. This one has a artisan crust and a soft, squishy inside filled with cheesy, rosemary laced yumminess! Top that with more cheese when baked and I am sold!Can hardly wait to try a few new recipes and start picking some for the 2012 fairs!
