Nothing like making a mess on the counter to let this yummy breadrise all afternoon! This was a sticky dough that I had to stretch and shape every half hour. Then rise one last time after dimpling with my fingers and pouring a fragrant herb oil over it. The house smelled like an Italian resteraunt! : ) Definately a make again recipe!
