This is a Greek bread made at Christmas Time: Christopsomos.This bread has yummy spices in it including: Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves and Allspice. Add to the orange zest and almond extract it is insanely fragrant! Ted could smell it while working outside!
The shaping was tricky and I had some trouble, but, the loaf turned out exactly like it should.
Overall easy enough to make and tastes as good as it smells! So easy and yummy I am making it again today! Although I am going to make it into two boules so they are a more toaster friendly size. My co-workers will be happy they let me have the day off! : )
